Is bank valuation a good guide to the price of a property? If a property is sold about 100K below valuation, shd I go for it?

Morning SL,

Things that are priced highly maybe good but things that are too attractively priced might be an issue.
You will have to look at the location, condition and your purpose of the purchase. Don't forget your finanical ability too.
When you have your path set, I think the answer will come to you naturally.
