I'm unemployed for the past 3yrs..ordinary account to service my unit already exhausted.currently my wife's cpf is servicing the unit tru the bank.. her cpf is running low , hv a 30yr old daughter who is a divorcee. my question... hw can she assist us in servicing the loan?

Morning,

If your daughter agrees, you can add her as co-owner to your unit. But being owner does not necessary means that they must contribute to the payment of the mortgage.
Hence it's best to try and work things out, before jumping into it.
