I'm staying at a 4room flat in Jurong West for about 19yrs(1'st buyer) I'm planning to look for a new hdb 4room flat(BTO)My question is do I have to pay a levy for that new house?

Afternoon Zizie,

You might have purchased your unit under Registration for Flat System or Walk-in-Selection.
Under this two system, it's considered as subsidized unit from HDB.
Hence upon getting your new BTO unit, HDB will deduct the levy from your profit for the sales. However, it would be good to double check with HDB, to get the confirmation in Black and White.
