I'm single and I know there is no income ceiling unless I'm applying for CPF Housing Grant and/or an HDB Loan.

But I'm a free-lance drafter (Self-employed)I didn't contribute CPF for last few years. But I've reported IRAS min $25K earning per/yr.

Can I buy a 4rm HDB flat? With Bank loan?

Morning,

Since you have declared your annual income regularly, there's still chance of getting a housing loan from bank.
The only concern is whether you have sufficient funding to obtain a 4 room flat or would you even be struggling with 3 room flat.
We would need to know your current OA Balance, your cash at hand and how much bank can loan you. Putting this together with the estate that you are looking at, can we then get a clearer picture.

Hi,

You can get you IPA first with the banker to check on the loan amount that you can get, then base on this, you can go ahead with the search of your HDB.
