I'm considering of buying a 2BR unit at Loyang valley for investing purpose,whats the renting yield like? For a fully furnished unit @ 1485sqft,whats the price can I fetch for rental?

Are you looking at the unit selling at $880k listed in Propertyguru?

Rental demand in Loyang Valley has been good mostly, especially for 2 bedrooms units. Rental yield at 4% should be easily achievable.

Hi Geryl,mind elaborate meaning of 4% rental yield?I mean in dollars figure estimation,I've viewed and shorlisted couple of units there eventually,thanks and hope to hear u soon ; )
