Have you get IPA from bank? This will defined the max purchase price. I had just assist my customer which is single PR purchased a condo at a very reasonable price.

Hi Annie, there are simply too many options for you to select a condo if your budget allows. So to narrow down the selection, usually I would ask my buyer to have the loan eligibility done first with the bank, and then to focus on the preferred area and zoom on it. -80% Loan
-20% Downpayment (5% Cash, 15% CPF)
-3% Buyer Stamp Duty
-5% ABSD
-$3k legal misc fees
