i'm a singaporean married to a foreigner who is holding a personalised employment pass. We have a child who is a singaporean.

what are my options here towards HDB flats ( am i only eligible for resale ones) and private properties?

Hi Hurfrin

Thanks your question and in fact you have the following options:-

1. To buy a hdb resale flat
2. To buy a DBSS flat or new hdb flat through HDB
3. To buy a private property

Depending on your interest but if you are purchasing a flat for the first time you are also eligible to get a loan from hdb for new or resale flat and the hdb housing grant, for resale flat.
