If the tenant has damaged the flooring tiles, who is supposed to pay for the replacement cost, tenant or owner?

Interesting question. Are you the tenant or landlord?

Generally, the onus fall to what is stated in the TA - check with the salesperson that brokered the deal if you are still not sure.
