Hi,

The cost of maintenance of the swimming pool should be set out in the Tenancy Agreement. If you want the Tenant to pay for whatever maintenance, be it swimming pool, autogate, aircon servicing, it should be clearly spelled out in the Tenancy Agreement before all parties sign on it.

I had just concluded the lease of a landed house for a corporate Landlord, and I will be able to assist you too. Do get in touch with me for further discussion on your lease for your landed house.

Should you need require further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305.

Thank you.

Hi, I would be most glad to assist you further and pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance. Hope to hear from you soon and have a great week ahead. By the way, can I have more info of your landed and unit detail so that I can find out about the unit rental value on your behalf alright? And normally for the servicing of the pool as well as the private lift, it will fall under the landlord paying for it unless it is all well stated clearly in the TA that tenant will born all these payment.

Dear sir/madam,

I am assuming that you are referring to a landed house with swimming pool. There is no standard rule indicating whose responsibility it is to pay for the maintenance, since the tenancy agreement is considered a private agreement between the landlord and tenant, therefore all the terms and conditions stated within are usually discussed upon prior the transaction. I hope the explanation above allows you to understand why my fellow professionals have indicated it is to be discussed between landlord and tenant.

I have 10 years of experience in this industry primarily dealing with the sale and rental of private homes, and have developed a network that reaches out to more than 8,000 expatriates who potentially can be the next tenant for your unit available. This is an additional tenant source on top of conventional marketing approach through mainstream and online listing portals most other agents are relying on to market their properties for sale or rent.

As there is no contact details provided for us to reach out to you personally, it will be very helpful if you are able to contact use via our mobile or email as indicated below for further discussion, since we are not alerted to any responses posted here. I look forward to hear from you soon.

Hi Owner,

Usually I will advise my landlord to factor this maintenance fee into the rental asking. Usually tenant is not comfortable paying this and they expect landlord to do it. So a way to go about is get a higher rental rate which is inclusive of maintenance fee. Landlord will still have the control over his property to ensure a good maintenance work with his own approved contractor for the pool.
I will be glad to assist and get you a good tenant profile. You can drop me an email or whatapps me so to meet up and discussion further.
Thank you.

Kind Regards
