hi if tenant break lease and if there's a pro rated agent fee in the tenancy already then tenant have to pay the pro rated agency fee to landlord. Do PM me if you need more clarification. Read More

minimum rental period is 3 months in Singapore. Otherwise it is illegal. Read More
