If i bought a house at 480k n sell at 600k. All 600k back to cpf?? HDB executive. However monthly I top up cash 1k for instalment.

Afternoon MC,

Only the component that was paid with CPF, including interest will go back to your CPF account. The rest will be used to offset the mortgage loan, arrears, etc and the surplus will be your cash profit.
