If a house has been empty for years and I would like to find the owner and make an offer. How would I go about doing that? Is it possible? Are there agents who have done this successfully? Any other advice?

Afternoon,

With the address of the unit, we can find the particulars of the owner. From there, we can try to contact them and check if they are willing to sell the unit.
If all is good, the remaining process for resale will be as usual.
