Hi Frosco,

Some of the basic eligibility of getting a EC:
1) One of the applicant must be at least a Singapore Citizen (SC), while the other is Singapore PR (SPR).
2) Total household income must not be more than $10k/mth.
3) You must not own any private property (local or overseas), or dispose any private property for the past 30 months.

There are 2 new upcoming ECs launching this weekends and ERA are the marketing agency for both.
