Afternoon,

It's possible to perform contra facility, but the sums need to be worked out carefully. You should be aware that you will require HDB loan, to purchase under contra scheme, hence 50% of your cash profit, from sales, will be used to pay for your unit. HDB will only loan you the balance, after utilising your CPF.
