Dear Sam,

What is the reason behind for not engaging a professional to assist you in your sale? Is it the agent fees involved?

Should an agent be able to help you in achieving your desired profit after the agent fees payout, how does that sound to you?

1 of my fellow agent recently wrote an article on his website indicating that 1 of a common mistake made by owner is to try and save a few thousand dollars by not engaging an agent and resulted in selling less than what a professional agent can help achieve.

Unfortunately, only property consultants, with subscription with Property Guru, are allowed to place advertisement here.
