I would like to sell my own flat .. is that possible?

Hi Lia,
It is possible to sell your own flat through your own means, however, if you appoint a housing agent to assist you in selling your flat, this housing agent will take care of all necessary paper works and arrangements of appointments with buyers and HDB. All you require is to deal with a single person with the time management.
