I would like to know whether the blocks at HO Ching road will be enblocked?

I thought I might be able to give you some insights since I was studying en-bloc possibilities in the area for another client.
I would like to first point out en-bloc is a risky bet, and only 4% of the HDBs in Singapore are earmarked for SERS (equivalent of HDB's enbloc), out of which 3% has already been SERS.
It is very unlikely that Ho Ching Road will enjoy SERS.
