I would like to buy a new condo in sengkang with walking distant to compass point . I think there are few project coming up opp the compass point. But my budget is only 1mil . What type and size can I buy ?

There is 2 condo within walking distance to Compass Point ie La Fiesta and The Luxurie.However,The Luxurie is 100% SOLD.You can get a 2bdrms unit in La Fiesta(below $1 Mil.Alternatively,I have a few new launches that are within 5 mins walk to MRT.).Please contact me for further info and register for early bird discount..Thanks
