Morning Ms. Chu,

As Summerdale is a privatise, you can purchase another private property anytime. However, if you are looking at New EC, then you are required to sell your Summerdale within 6 months from key collection.

Hi Ms Chu,

You are require to sell off your unit at Summerdale and wait for 30 months before you are eligible to buy a new EC.

Hence, buying a pte property will be a better choice.

Hi Miss Chu,

Did you buy summerdale direct from developer or from resale market? If direct from developer, you need to sell the summerdale unit and wait for 30 months before you can buy a new EC.

For private property, you can buy anytime.
