I was a property agent more than a decade back when there was no CEA and left the industry in 2008. Recently, I passed my RES exams and plan to register as a part time property agent. Is there any agency willing to offer me 90/10 commission rate? I do not have any records of past transaction since its more than a decade ago but I still have my CEHA cert (dated 2005). Appreciate all replies. Thank you.
