I want to sell my property and buy another one. Understand that I need to pay 2% for selling and 1% for buying. I wonder if there's any agent here that is interested to just only charge me the commission for selling and not for the buying.

We can always talk about things, after working out your financial status, which will give you a clearer picture.
As for commission aspect, what do you think of 1.25 to 1.5% for sales, depending on the complexity and 0.8% for purchase?
