Hi,
You may wish to consider private property as prices have shown to keep up with inflation, and also is a good wealth preservation platform. Chances of getting another new BTO for 2nd timer are quite slim, and a resale levy is also payable. It also takes another 5+5 years from application to MOP when you can do another resale, by which private property prices may have grown faster than that.
