I want to renovate my HDB 3room flat in August 2011. I would like any referrals from reliable contractors who can deliver good quality work at reasonable price. Not looking at high end designer prices. Need references. Any good recommendation from agents will earn my trust and get a rental job for an overseas landlord. Thanks.
