Generally, the stamp duty is bored by the tenant as such it should be the tenant to do the stamping. However, anyone may assist out of convenience.

Usually stamp duty is borne by the tenants. If tenants are not able to do e-stamping themselves, either salesperson, owner or even friends are able to help them with it.
