I wanna ask about stamp duty since I dont understand.
- I signed tenancy on the 6th July 2021 with no stamp duty nor mentioned of stamp duty in lease agreement.
- I moved out on 25th Sept 2021 with no stamp duty and practically broke the lease.
- My main tenant who I sublet from bought a stamp duty on 14 March 2022 while we are currently in the middle of small tribunal proceedings , around 6 months after I moved out.

Is that allowed? Does that mean contract is binding now? But I broke the lease by moving out in September 2021. Please help
