I sold my flat last year June and bought a resale flat July. Am i affected by any changes in policy if i want to sell my flat again.How long do i need to occupy this flat before i can sell again?

Evening,

If you have purchase your resale HDB flat in July 2010, without HDB loan nor grant, you are eligible to sell at the current moment.
DO note that if you are taking bank loan, you might have to pay the penalty, stated in your Letter of Offer.
