there are still many landed with substation beside it. If it is dangerous, I think government will have relocated them.

If you mind it, perhaps you can look at other options available to decide.

Dear buyer,

From salesperson perspective, I believe YT has already given an answer that should this cause health hazards, the authorities would have to address them. Nevertheless, if given a choice to choose between a home without substation next to it and another without, the choice is obvious. The key question now is if you have any other choices for consideration?
