I really wanted to try out being a real estate Property Agent but I’m already hitting my mid-40s soon and don’t really have many network in my personal contact. I wonder if it’s too late to join the industry or which agency/team should I look into should I really proceed to take the leap. Need advice from the experienced agent who is willing to share with me his/her insights and thoughts.

Good morning,

I think all of us started without a list of clients to work on or properties to sell. In regardless of your age or experience, I think you need to have a good mindset and determination to thrive and succeed in real estate industry.

Have a set of goals you wish to attain within a time frame, constantly review them and improve yourself.

Listen and hear out your clients' concerns. As long as you take your clients' interest, you will definitely be rewarded at the end of the day.

Due to ongoing pandemic, there's a waiting list of inspiring realtors waiting to clear your exams. Just go and clear the course and exams first while have a good think through.

Best regards,

YT Tan
