I owned a 3-bedroom Condo in Central Grove. I stay in the masterbedroom and am keen to rent out two common rooms. I would like to know how much is the going rental rate now. Also, if I were to rent out two bedrooms, would my property tax rate be affected ? Currently I am paying Owner-occupier rate of 4%. Would I be required to pay 10% in this case ?
