Afternoon,

In my point of view, plan 1 is good for long term investment. As you can use the proceed from selling and invest in other equities, while you watch the market. You also get to have a roof over your head.
Plan 2 would be more of upgrading. HDB prices are good while condo are kinda over supply. So you can get relatively good price for your HDB and maybe try to get a cheaper unit, depending on which district you are looking at.
As I'm not sure of your financial status, plan 3 might never materialise, unless you have good planning schedule in hand.

So what level of investor are you? How much risk can you take? What is your holding power?
