I own a private property - tenancy in common with my spouse holding 99% share. Can i convert to joint tenancy? What is the process of doing this and are there fees involved during this conversion (in addition to legal fees)

First and foremost, i will like to know the reason why you will like to convert to Joint tenancy?

Both Joint tenancy and tenancy in common have the same rights especially the right to the house. Thus, before i can advice further, perhaps you can let me know the reason?
