I own a HDB (fully paid) and a condo. Can I buy another condo? I understand I need to sell off my HDB first. Pleas advise. Thank you.

Afternoon,
With the current ruling, as you have fully paid off your HDB unit, and you should fall under the old system, you can buy as many private properties as you like.
Do note on the financing, if you current condo is still on existing loan.

Like what fellow saleperson had advised, you need not to worry about selling your HDB, it is approved.
I would like to draw your attention on your financial status instead. The 2nd mortgage loan available for you will be 40% Cash/CPF & 60% Loan.
Would suggest you speak to your banker for more detailed planning.
