Hello Tay,

Depending on when you acquired the property and the profit that you made on it, you could consider selling your condo unit.

Please call me and we shall discuss this further.

Evening Tay,

Similar to stock and shares, everyone wants to buy low and sell high. Selling your curent property would means that it have acheive the desired profit margin.
But to watch the market and look out for cheaper and worthy unit/s to invest on can be a risky yet uncertain venture. Nobody knows if Euro, US and China will crash tomorrow or next year or maybe never.
Thus it's how deep and big is your appetite and how sure you are about the market. Cut loss and profit taking must come hand in hand.

All the best

Hi Tay,

This market now is very interesting, for buyers are holding on to their purchases unless they like the place a lot, for they are monitoring the prices and will come in likely if there is a revision to the market. Since such a situation is happening, do you think it is worthwhile to sell now or hold? Similarly, if you hold on now and there is a market revision, will you want to sell then?

Let me know what you think and perhaps we can work something out.
