I looking for a condo at D19 area only. Had look thru and found some interested me. The Florida, Bedrooms:3+1, Compass Heights, Bedrooms 3+1. Currently living in a 5 rm HDB at punggol and intent to sell it. Like to know how much will I need to pay for the initial deposit, duty stamp, etc...

Initial cash deposit for condo is 5% of the purchase price. Stamp duty is dependant on purchase price as well.

    I saw in the website that there is one selling at $446 psf and is 1389 sq feet. It cheaper and bigger than what you have in your website.
