Hi Mr. John,

The 5 years begin from the day you collect your keys to EC and move in, and it will be semi-privatized at the 5th year mark (ie. can only sell to SPRS & SC). At the 10th year mark, you can sell to foreigners as well.

Which EC are you considering at the moment? Thanks and hope to assist with your EC plans further.
