1) There is no single solution that fits everyone's profile and objective.
2) There are short-term appreciation, long-term regular passive income or long-term capital appreciation, and passive income strategies.
3) You may choose any of the above or turn it into a more conservative strategy. Thus it is difficult for me to advise without an expected time frame of your objective.
