I just exercised my OTP and I realized the Schedule for Movable Property and Fittings was left blank. I cannot remember what the agent had said, or whether or not she mentioned anything about the last page.
So now, before they handover the flat to me, are they by default supposed to remove the kitchen cabinets, built-in wardrobes etc?
What can I do if they later claim that they don't have to remove anything because we did not sign the schedule?
