I just bought my hdb less than 1 year around Jurong. Now I want to move to city area or upgrade to condo. Is that possible?

Hi Dave,

That will have to depend if you have any outstanding MOP (Min Occupation Period) to fulfill, if no, then it's ok for you to buy another property.. I believe your case will be a no-no case to buy new property at this point of time.
