I just bought a resale HDB in Feb 2022. When is the earliest I can start to apply for a BTO. Do I have to wait for 5 years before applying or can I apply as long as the completion date of the applied BTO is after 5 years from Feb 2022?

Hi,

Yes you will have to wait till its MOP first before you could apply for the next BTO.

You can only apply for a BTO flat after you have fulfilled the 5-year MOP of your current HDB flat, i.e Feb 2027.
