Hi Jenny,

As long as you own any private property, you must sell it within 6 months after taking possession of your resale HDB flat.

Hi Jenny,

You are eligible to buy a resale HDB unit, however, you and the listed applicants or occupiers must sell away any private property own within 6 months of taking possession of the HDB unit.
