I intend to sell my 5 room flat and purchase 5 room resale flat.The problem i that etc.

am i eligible to be levy when i purchased resale flat?

a) twice used to be occupancy under my mum as 1st owner.

b)currently own my 5 room flat under me as 1st owner

Evening,

You are the occupant for your mum's unit, hence not considered as ownership. Your 1st ownership is on your current new flat. If you were to purchase a resale unit, you are not eligible for levy payment.
You can doubt check with HDB for clarification.

    yet i occupancy, i did contribute my cpf for the monthly loan. so am i eligible for levy?
