I intend to sell my 3A in Clementi and get 4/5 room HDB but my MOP still have 2 years! It is possible?

Evening Ding,
I'm afraid you will have to wait. With 3A unit, your current unit should be a resale unit. If you took HDB loan, 2.5 years will be your MOP. If you took HDB grant, your MOP will be 5 years.
