Is your flat along Lor 1 or Lor 4? For 3 room flats this age, the units are transacted recently in the region of 300k to 320k. Factors such as the floor level, facing and orientation of the unit, interior conditions of the units and how the salesperson market the unit will also affect the final sale price.
