Good morning,
Typically HDB will require owner to include their spouse's name into the HDB they own, especially if the flat is still under MOP period, meaning you may potentially have to remove your name from the ownership of existing flat.
Is your sibling able to keep the flat under his/her own name under one of the eligibility schemes? Hope the above clarifies. May I have more info and requirements about your plans so as to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.
