I have just sold my private condo 3 months ago. If I buy a resale HDB 4 room and fully paid it, will I be allow to buy private condo before the 5 years occupation period is up?

Evening Amanda,

With the current ruling, disregarding the payment mode, the MOP is 5 years flat. Hence, it would be advisable to work out your sums and investment plan prior jumping into it.
