I have just bought a resale flat and currently waiting for seller agent to get back to me on the vacancy possession date. I have 2 issues:
1) Common & master bedroom toilet seem to have water leak
2) Agent is 99% unreachable after she collected the exercise cheque
For issue 1), we plan to get HDB to go in to inspect before the sale is completed to prevent any delays in renovation and get it done ASAP. However, both the seller and seller agent are unreachable. All pics of the toilets in the listed and even the virtual tour has been removed ever since I asked the seller agent about it. How can I arrange with HDB to go in to the unit to inspect?
2) This buying process with the seller agent has been agonising and painful with threats to cancel the application because we fill in the wrong dates on the OTP (its our first time and mistakes were made filling up the form. We did not engage a buyer agent) because there were higher offers after we submitted the OTP cheque. Also the agent is impossible to reach out to for clarification matters. What can we do to change the agent or lodge a complaint against her?
