I have been trying to buy a bto flat but was not selected for months as I am consider second timer applicant as i recently just sold a flat at 2008 due to divorcee case. Is there any flat below $380,000 I can buy and will I be able to take any grant from hdb? Will the grant be deduct from total resale flat price or I could use it to pay 10% of the total flat price?

Morning Joan,

Is your first unit a HDB subsidised unit? Or did you get a grant for it? What size of flat and which area are you looking at? What is you CPF balance and are you looking at getting another HDB loan?
There are many other factors to look into, prior to providing you with the right answers.
