I have been tracking A Treasure Trove in Punggol for a long time and it seems like some units (PHs) are still unsold after so long. Any idea why? Are they good investments? Or do they come with some serious downsides? (e.g. view into opposite HDB flat)

Hi; This is because the Penthouses are high in quantum,hence not many can get loan for it(sizes ard 4000+ sqft)..
