I have approximately $94k in my CPF OA. Monthly income is $3.6k. I have other source of income of about $2k. I am planning to buy a resale HDB under single scheme. What should be the price range of HDB I should be looking at? Should I take up a HDB loan or Bank Loan?

Hi,

To qualify under single singapore citizen scheme, you need to be 35 and above. For hdb loan, your income cannot exceed 5K/mth. The price range to consider depends on the cash you have on hand, and the amount of loan you can loan up to. Thanks and hope to discuss further to assist.

Warm regards

Afternoon,

In order to be eligible for purchase on single scheme, you must be SC, above age of 35. With your income, you might want to try HDB loan first and understand if you are eligible before trying out with bank loan

Do contact me for detail discussion.

Hi, the price range of HDB that you are looking for really depends of the amount of loan that you could borrow up to either by HDB or bank. As for bank loan, you would be required to fork out more cash as 5% down payment has to be made in cash payment. Pls feel free to let me know if you need any banker's contact or any other assistance.
