I have about $5mil to buy a house for either own stay or rental. What is the best value to buy? Good condo or average landed property? Any good deals?

Hi.

I have an unit at Duchess Residence (District 10) for sale. 2-storey condo, 4 bedrooms 2992 sqft, big outdoor patio. This condo is brand new and just obtained T.O.P. Seller's cost is $6m. He is letting go at a huge loss of $5.3m (i.e. only $1771 psf!)
